FLUSHING – On Monday, August 10 at 2:00 p.m. on the banks of the Flushing River, Democratic City Council candidate S.J. Jung will join the League of Conservation Voters, the Hotel and Motel Trades Council, and local community members to lay out his vision for revitalizing the Flushing River waterfront.

Democrat S.J. Jung Officially Takes Fundraising Lead in 20th District Primary Race

QUEENS - S.J. Jung, Democratic candidate for the 20th City Council District, gained a distinct campaign fundraising advantage over his primary opponents when his campaign received the maximum matching grant of $107,333 from the Campaign Finance Board.  When combined with funds he has already raised, this public campaign financing gives Jung adequate funds to reach the campaign spending limit of $241,500, ahead of every other candidate in the primary.
