QUEENS
-Congresswoman Nydia Velazquez announced her endorsement of S.J. Jung, giving
another surge of momentum to Jung's campaign in the final two weeks before the
primary election. Congresswoman Velazquez represents residents in Queens,
Brooklyn and Manhattan, serves as Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus,
Chair of the House Small Business Committee, senior member of the Financial
Service Committee and is widely recognized as the first Puerto Rican woman
elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.
